Who are we looking for?
We're looking for a strong UI/UX designer with experience of working on complex products, who can please our users with the interfaces that are not only convenient and functional, but also beautiful.

What we expect from you?

• Experience in designing complex interfaces with many interconnected elements;

• Ability to create sophisticated user scenarios of interaction with a product;

• Experience in developing product features start to finish: discussing, designing, prototyping with different detalization level, final modification of design layouts, passing layouts to frontend and further support of the product feature;

• Ability to find the right UI/UX methods, think them through properly and implement them;

• Ability to analyse and modify UI to increase useability;

• Knowledge of Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, Invision;

• Possession of good communicational skills, ability to protect your position and adequately percept criticism and team's commentary.

Bonus points for any of the following talents:

• You have experience in assessing your interface decisions with the help of analytics. You have good knowledge of analytical services (Google Analytics, Mixpanel);

• You conducted UI split tests;

• Developed mobile applications;

• You have full-fledged spoken English and you enjoy communicating with people. You'll have an ability to talk with our users - in written and by voice - and find out their problems and wishes. From these conversations you're can withdraw insights about how the new features should work and what should be improved in the already existing functionality;

• You can do animation (After Effect, Principle).

What we'll be doing?

• Develop the product in the true sense of the word: discuss, design, prototype, develop user interaction scenarios, compile layouts, participate in the pagination quality control;

• Analyse and iterate already launched product features;

• Support the design system and UI kit.
